Our normal shipping time is five (5) to seven (7) business days from receipt of order (please allow up to two (2) weeks for new customers requesting credit terms.

 

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns. We attempt to always ship at or near 100%.

 

Back orders will only be generated if they are greater than $50 AND the product missing is expected back in stock within 30 days. Back orders will always be shipped at our expense.

 

Customers are responsible for all freight. All orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be shipped UPS or FED EX Ground unless otherwise requested. Orders over 500 lbs. in most cases, should be shipped via truck. As a courtesy to our customers, Sign of The Times will pre-pay trucking charges (using our volume discounts) and add these charges to your invoice. In some instances, a separate invoice for trucking charges may be generated within two (2) weeks after the shipment as quoted rates and actual invoiced rates may be different.
